Back in August of '08 I started P90X. Even though I didn't eat very clean I still had decent results. I had lost 8 lbs, 3% body fat, and a total of 6.5 inches over the 90 days. Unfortunately, my wife took a bad spill in January and herniated a disk in her back so I let my exercise fall to the wayside as I tried to fill the void left while she recuperated and I lost my results. She is better now and I am starting back up again with ChaLEAN Extreme and I'm loving it. I have hit my 30 day mark and have lost 3 lbs, 3.8% body fat, and a total of 4 inches. I am committed this time to staying on track and have cleaned up my eating considerably and have even inspired my son to start doing P90X. This is going to be an amazing journey and I can't wait to see the view.
