I am 37 years old and a happily married mother of three outstanding children (ages 12, 10, and 5). I have the privilege of working with special education teachers in my state. I grew up as a premier member of the clean plate club and can't seem to stop thinking this way. I haven't made fitness and eating well a priority the past few years and I am dedicated to make that a priority now!!
