A former high school and college athlete, I grew up in South Carolina with roots that reach back to Brooklyn, NY. I have a BS in Exercise/Sport Science from Elon College (now Elon University) and an MS in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Ohio University. That's right, I eat, sleep and BREATHE fitness & wellness! An avid sports fan, I still root for my beloved Elon (GO PHOENIX!) and my favorite college football and basketball teams, the Miami Hurricanes (Da U) and the UNC Tarheels (I also like a couple of professional sports teams). A Christian, husband with a beautiful wife and father of two wonderful children, I bring the right values to my work and customers – a shared commitment to good health and fitness, an honest determination, and an understanding of what it takes to meet difficult challenges! In terms of my personal fitness, I exercise 4-6 days/week EVERY WEEK. My current exercise program consists of: cardiorepiratory and resistance training.

05/11/10 So, we started P90x round #2/month #2 last week. Here are my awesome results from the 1st month:
Chest: 39 inches (37.5 inches day 1)
Waist: 31 3/4 inches (32 inches day 1)
