Welcome! Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself and how I came to represent Million Dollar Body. I am Imad (40 years old) and have been very active for over 24 years. In that time, I have done all kind of activities from swimming, running, biking, lifting weights, playing team sports. You name it and I have done it, as long as it doesn’t have to do anything with heights.
Although I have been and continue to be very active, if I don’t pay close attention to my diet, I put on a lot of unwanted weight. Like everyone else, I also had my share of bad habits like eating too much; drinking high sugar drinks, and of course, let’s not forget the COOKIES. I have never been overweight, but I wasn’t happy with my waist. If it wasn’t for my broad shoulders (48” wide, from working out), I would have been considered fat around the waist (36” W).
Two years ago, I began having problems while lifting weights. I couldn’t lift my arm to turn the volume up in my car or even to open a door with my left arm. I went to the doctor. After the MRI, the doctor told me I should no longer lift weights. I needed to change my life style; he recommended physical therapy to get the range of motion back in my shoulder. The physical therapist suggested exercising versus lifting weights. Exercise with resistance has better results for my overall health and look versus using heavy weights which strain.
I got depressed for while as my shoulders started to shrink and waist started to grow. A co-worker of mine, also my coach, introduced me to Million Dollar Body and that is when a new life kicked in! I used Slim in 6 with my wife, P90 and P90x on my own to get back into shape.
Of course, as I mentioned above, without a good diet plan, no matter how hard you work, you won’t achieve all the results you wanted. I followed their diet plan and purchased those recommended products that would work for me. I have never been in better shape in my life. I don’t have 48” wide shoulders, but I also don’t have the 36” waist either. I am more fit, more toned and cut. I am telling you, I never had this body even at 18. Thanks to my coach and to MDB for giving me hope!
