My story...probable a typical 42 year old male. I have a wonderful wife, two great kids, and a great career. And, oh yeah, I haven't been in great shape since I went off to college. So, I want to "get young again before I get old."

Day 30- The first 2 weeks of P90X was all about surviving the workout. The second couple of weeks I was able to push myself. As far as results go, my weight is actually up a couple of pounds. My arms and chest are bigger, and my waist is smaller. I am putting on muscle and losing fat. I am also stronger and more flexible, but it is difficult to tell a difference in my pictures. Thankfully, I took measurements. My diet has been OK, but I have a fair amount of room to tighten it up, hopefully during the next 30 days.
