Mother of two terrific sons and wife of one terrific man, I am 46 years young.
I live on the Big Island of Hawaii where I am lucky enough to live my dream of
owning a small B&B. I started P90X because I know I have been overweight for
a number of years now and recently lost a friend to Heart disease (she was
overweight too) and when my youngest son joined the US Marine Corp. I

My transformation is still in progress, but I have made small changes in my
life that have added up to create Big results for me.

First, I have increased the number of meals I eat More ...
My transformation is still in progress, but I have made small changes in my
life that have added up to create Big results for me.

First, I have increased the number of meals I eat each day from 3 to 5. I
notice I never feel hungry anymore and also no longer struggle with ups and
downs in my energy level. I am also eating healthier. For me that means less
pre-made/frozen food and more fresh produce and vegetables. I also have a
dedicated work-out time. It is set in stone and I alter my day around it. This
way I never "run" out of time to do it. It is on my calendar and it is "MY" time
for me to get healthy.

Last, I have a positive attitude about my workouts. Like everyone, I don't
always meet my goals each workout. But I don't beat myself up about it so
long as I know I'm doing my best. If I know I "dogged it" on an exercise then
I'll take a break and re do it.

As I said my transformation is just beginning. I hope I'll be committed for the
rest of my life to maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle!
