Havre, MT I am a working mom to three amazing children and a wife. Spending time with my family is a priority and we ensure that we find time for eachother. We enjoy fishing, boating, camping, the outdoors, sports, games, and traveling, among other activities. Exercise is significant in my life as well. As a mother, it is imperative that I educate my children on living a healthy lifestyle, and doing so I am a working mom to three amazing children and a wife. Spending time with my family is a priority and we ensure that we find time for eachother. We enjoy fishing, boating, camping, the outdoors, sports, games, and traveling, among other activities. Exercise is significant in my life as well. As a mother, it is imperative that I educate my children on living a healthy lifestyle, and doing so by example is the most effective way to achieve that. Besides, I thoroughly enjoy working out and after a great workout/sweat I feel amazing and so accomplished. About a year and a half ago, I woke up and made the choice to take back my life. During my college years and after having 3 children, I had let myself go, and found myself overweight and lacking energy and motivation. I was determined to change my habits and become a happier and healthier me! I started eating healthier and working out regularly. As a Case Manager and a mom, finding time for the gym was next to impossible, so I implemented my workout regimen through workout videos. I now incorporate workout videos and my treadmill at home for variety. I like to mix it up so I don't experience day to day monotony. I will participate in my first ever 5k this year!! Becoming a Beach Body Coach is an exciting step in my journey. Not only does this opportunity allow me to continue to pursue my goals, but also to help inspire others and provide them with tools to take their life back as well. Workout videos are not only convenient, but also effective for me and you too. If I can do it, I know you can do it too! Not only will I continue to further reach my fitness and health goals, but I will help you to work towards your own personal goals, so you too can live your life feeling amazing! Less than two years ago, I posted a photo of myself with my spouse and inlaws and saw myself in a whole new light. I was so disappointed with what I allowed myself to become. Not only was I overweight, but I lacked energy and found myself moody and spending too much time sitting down. That day I made the decision to take control and change my life. I set small, short term attainable goals, and found myself losing weight quickly and feeling amazing. I received so many compliments along the way, which in turn motivated me that much more. I was able to inspire others along the way. When I began my journey, I could barely jog around the block; I can now run miles and feel great doing it. I plan to continue this journey, and although I've reached my ultimate weight loss goal (losing 50 lbs), I will now focus on toning my body and buiding some muscle. I am a wife and working mother of three little ones, and if I can do it, I know it's more than possible for anyone to accomplish their health and fitness goals too.
