Hi! My name is Heather. I am a native of Las Vegas. I am a wife and mother of three (2 teenagers and a 5 yr. old). My two older children are very active and competitive in sports. In fact, my daughter has her eye set on competing in the 2012 Olympics. I, too, was an athlete competing throughout my school years, including college. Since becoming involved with Beachbody, I have regained the motivation to live a healthier & more fit lifestyle again. I feel if I am helping coach others, then I should walk the talk too. In addition, I want to set an example for my kids. I want them to learn to believe in themselves, work hard towards their dreams, all while maintaining a healthy & fit lifestyle.

I have managed the Graphics Department of my family's sign business for the last 19 years. I am also in the process of getting my certification to be a Life Coach. This is where my passion is - helping others to live a fulfilled life. Being a coach and part of the Team Beachbody coincides with my life coaching & helping others. I want to inspire others and be inspired to continuously grow, be the best I can, and live life to the fullest.
