Before 2000, my motto was,"Pushing 40 is exercise enough". Then reality came
and in 2000, I lost 48 pounds and started running. Now I have run 12 marthons
but find I need a more balanced form. I've gained some weight with Thyroid
problems and see muscle loss. I'm heading toward 50 so need to take it up a
notch!
