My name is Joshua. I'm 17 years old, and I have 2 step sisters, 1 half sister, and a half brother. Family means a lot to me, and I wouldn't trade mine for the world! I'm a senior in high school, and I would like to go to college to become a youth pastor. A few years ago I was really heavy, and finally had enough of the fat jokes. A few years ago I was really heavy, and finally had enough of the fat jokes. Since then I've lost around 50lbs. and have started a simple weight training program. I love to play volleyball and jog. My goal is to have atleast a flat stomach, but preferrably six-pack abs. Ultimately, I want to be comfortable, and confident, in going to the pool next summer!

Since I'm just starting, I'll give my plans first. I would like to have flat abs by next summer. I have a crazy, senior-class schedule, so the hardest part is going to find time to work-out! My goal, though, is to be able to work-out atlest 4 days a week. I have lost quite a bit of weight over the last 2 years, and most of that was from the Atkin's Diet. Now, I'm just trying to eat healthier and smaller portion sizes.
