My name is Jeremy Turner and I am a native of Pontiac, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. I have been living in Las Vegas, Nevada since 2005. After completing a special weight loss program earlier this year, my wife and I had made real lifestyle changes and began looking for a comprehensive fitness and weight management program, that would allow us to maintain our results and achieve better overall health. These lifestyle changes really infused in us a deep and real excitement and enthusiasm for health and fitness! That’s when we discovered Team Beach Body.

My fitness goal: Lose Weight

Transformation story

While growing up and as a teenager, I was always thin and fit. However, after I got married I slowly slipped into that stereo-typical sedentary lifestyle from working all day at a desk, only to come home and watch T.V. all night sitting on the couch. The pounds slowly began to creep on, until I found myself not being able to do the things I used to because of shortness of breath and being totally out of shape.

I was in the beginning stages of obesity and my wife decided it was time for some pre-emptive action to get me fit and healthy before my weight began to cause me real health problems. So, we completed a special diet program, which we did successfully and then turned to Beach Body and their amazing products to help us maintain our new fit and healthy lifestyle! I have been doing P90X and have again, seen real results!

We are so excited and motivated that we took advantage of the Online Coaching opportunity, because we want to help others achieve the success and happiness that we now have because of taking the steps to get fit and improve our overall health and well-being.
