I have always had an active lifestyle and enjoy many different activities. I have noticed as I get older that I have to work harder to stay in shape and watch my diet because those extra pounds seem to come from nowhere. I have had a gym membership for several years and have been pretty disciplined at showing up a few times a week. I love the social aspect of the gym but, I never really had a focused and efficient work out routine until I was introduced to the power 90 workout by my friend Andre. I am totally hook to the power 90 and p 90 x work out routines. I can get a solid, well structured, well rounded work out that gives me the results I have been looking for in the amount of time it takes to drive to the gym and back. My before picture is a little exaggerated with the cookies and soda but the results are undeniable. I love the way I feel and am proud of the way I look and you can be too. Just find a workout you want to try and get on it.
