I've ran 5 half-marathons and countless 5Ks, 8Ks, and 10Ks.... but today I feel like I'd struggle to run 3 miles. I need to get back in shape! A good kick in the butt is the jump-start I need to start training again. So, the goal is to lose weight (15 lbs) and build muscle.
