More statistics| JLAdams9 Alexandria, VA I've ran 5 half-marathons and countless 5Ks, 8Ks, and 10Ks.... but today I feel like I'd struggle to run 3 miles. I need to get back in shape! | My Blog 04/21/12 Ok - Month 1 down... I'm going to call that MILESTONE 1 toward success.
The positive: I'm proud that I did every workout, stuck to the program and see a difference.
The not-so positive: More ... 04/18/12 I made a big mistake: last night I didn't eat a well balanced meal — there were no carbs, and my last meal was really early — around 5pm.
