My name is Jimmy and I guess you can say I’m a life time jock. I’ve been involve in competitive sports all of my life. From high school to the professional level as a player and coach. I retired from professional football and from coaching on both the high school and college level of football. So working out to me has always been just that, work and for a long time that’s how I saw it. Oh sure I My name is Jimmy and I guess you can say I’m a life time jock. I’ve been involve in competitive sports all of my life. From high school to the professional level as a player and coach. I retired from professional football and from coaching on both the high school and college level of football. So working out to me has always been just that, work and for a long time that’s how I saw it. Oh sure I have always been involved in staying in shape as we called it, so my workouts were not for health reasons. I needed something to make me want to work for me and my wellness and I have found it with MDB. It is my goal to be both healthy and a successful coach with MDB and with the help and motivation I get form my coach I know that I can successful as I have with all of the activities I have untaken in my life time and I want to think the MDB community for the challenge and opportunity to once again be a winner.

March 27, It's working guys the weight is coming off and I'm looking better and feeling better. This workout thing is working. Ok guys the date is May 2 and the weight is still staying off I guess I'm doing it right. Been a little ill,but things are ok now. Will not let anything stop me.
May 29th. things are really getting better. My workouts are going great and the weight is staying off.
June 26 The walking is doing it's thing for me, i'm in much better shape than I was a month ago.I'm doing an hour or more with no problem and the weight is still staying off. July 27: Things are still going well for me.the workouts are still going well and the weight is great. August 25: I've been little sick lately but things are now looking up. The weight is still good and I feel good. Sept. 27: all is well, still doing my walking. Not yet ready to start any of the workouts, soon I hope. Nov. 2: the walking is still going well and the weight is staying down. Still not ready to workout. Nov. 30 I'm up to a mile and half each work out, it's getting easier to finish my workouts. Jan.7, 2009. The new year is starting out well. I hope to stick to my walking as I did most of last year. Feb.6, still only able to walk. March 6, Just got out of the hosipatl on last week, started my walking again. April 7,Have had a small set back, trying to restart my walking program. May 3, Walking is all that I can do at this time, I hoping that by the end of summer I'll be better. June 2, Still walking at this time. June 27, My walking program is working for me. August 9th. Have not been able to work out, was in the hosptial fo 3 weeks just trying to get back into walking.Hope I can start soon.
