Aloha-my name is Julia Bolanos Castro-yes I just recently got married-in case you saw my last name as Takahashi. I've always been interested in fitness and my dream job was to be an aerobics instructor. I never thought it could happen but I joined a 24 hour fitness and started doing the turbo kick classes. I loved it so much that I decided to take the next step to become an aerobics instructor for tkb. I finally became one and enjoyed my job very much-then I decided to take on becoming a personal trainer as well.

I've been doing this now for about two years and somewhere along the way I lost my own motivation to train and do my workouts. It could have been that I was too busy training other people but it really did sadden me to think that my motivation was gone.

It wasn't until I attended the Beachbody workshop this past weekend that a spark was ignited again in me to help myself and others reach their fitness goals. I thought about it long and hard and realized that fitness is my passion and that I can't promote a truly healthy lifestyle until I'm living one myself.

So I decided to become a TeamBeachbody coach and make the change in my life as well. I can't wait to get started on the workouts-I haven't received them yet but as soon as I do-I will be sure to tell everyone which is my favorite and which one will help you achieve your personal goals.

Fitness has always been there for me, it has been my stress relief, my energy, my high. I feel as if I owe it back to fitness to truly change my life and make it a definite way of life for myself not just a thing I do during the week.

Team Beachbody changed my life and ideals in just that one day and I know it will do the same for all of you. I want to let you know that I will always be here to help you reach all of your fitness goals-that is my passion and if you've ever helped someone do that in their life-there is no greater feeling.

I'll be giving you updates daily on hopefully my progress during this next month and throughout the year. I am going to continue to teach turbo kick box so if you have any questions about where my classes are held-you can always ask me.

Here's a little about where I live and the other priorities in my life. I live in a town called Haleiwa-right across the beach. You may know it better as the North shore or near to Waimea beach. I've lived here for about five years and I'm trying to get back into doing my beach walk/runs-that's what I call them. I love living here.

As I mentioned I just recently got married and could not be happier that I met this man. It's been a crazy whirlwind of a year for me and Team Beachbody has just added to the joy and blessings that I received this year.
