I am 26 years old and have been employed as a law enforcement officer for the past year and a half. I am Asian background and I was adopted into an Italian/Yugoslavian family when I was approximately 1 year old. No, I do not know my biological parents and NO there is no way of finding anything out. I have always been physically active in all my years growing up. Joined Karate when I was 9 and stayed in it until I was 21years old and I went to College. I was in the best shape of my life in College and was working out three times a day sometimes. I felt like I could conquer the world. I came back home and moved in with my boyfriend (husband to be) and that is when the weight just piled on. I would keep eating as if I was working out hard but I wasn't so I jumped from 125lbs to 160lbs on a 5'2" frame. Just to give you a visual (Not a nice picture). For years I tried fast weight loss approaches and always was unsuccessful. I started going to the gym and lost 10lbs and was happier with my appearance. In April 2007, I was hired to become a police officer and went to training. I started training on April 23rd 2007 and weighed 150lbs and when I graduated on August 30th 2007, I weighed 128lbs. I went to my detachment vowing to never be 150lbs again. I ran 16km and weight lifted. I then got lazy and gained weight and went on my honeymoon in February 2008 weighing 143lbs. I look at the pictures and feel disgusted with myself. As of just before Christmas I was down to 135lbs and now I am back to 140lbs. I am planning on going to Mexico in April 2010 and I want to have a sexy body and I don't want to feel ugly and fat!!!! So I know what it is like to be small and I know how it feels to be on the other spectrum.
