Hi everyone since 1/24/09 I've missed some workouts do to a car accident. The doctor put me on couch duty. This is killing me, the accident didn't hurt as much as not being able to do P90X. But then I remembered, muscle confusion and modify. Tony always says "if you can't do it like us? Just keep moving and it will come." So my workouts are very modified and low to no impact. I am still loosing weight! I've dropped another 2lbs! Since I could not workout per P90X format I focused on eating healthier. I stopped cheating on my meals and my body is loving me for it. The doctor says that I am recovering faster than he expected. Thank You! Tony, Beachbody, Wowy family, and coach Crossbarer for coming into my life. Where there is will, there is a way To Bring It!
