Throughout my childhood I was a skinny kid. I became really self conscious about the way I looked and tried to look tough. I flexed every time I took my shirt off so that the other guys in the locker room thought I was tough stuff. In my freshman year in highschool, I got a little stronger. In the off season of varsity tennis we conditioned and did a few P90X workouts. But i didnt have the "muscles" i wanted, and my stamina still sucked, but I enjoyed the p90x workouts and I was familiar with the little "Beachbodyyyy" after every workout. So at the end of freshman year my coach pulled me aside and told me he wanted me to get ripped over the summer. It hurt my feelings a little bit but gave me motivation to get in shape. My neighbor (RondaRace) and now my Beachbody coach told me INSANITY would be a good program to get lean with. So I did it and loved it! I got fit and my stamina is so much better! I'm about to start my sophomore year in highschool and I'll continue to do programs to get me stronger and healthier.
