I am 39 years old- I can't believe I am entering my last year in my 30's! I am a mother of two children. My daughter Camryn is 7 (almost 8) and my son Michael is 5 years old. My husband has been a pilot in the military for over 18 years. My background is speech pathology but currently I have my own home-based gourmet food business and take care of the kids and the household stuff. We've been living in upstate New York for the past 5 years, which is beautiful in the summers but not so nice in the winter months!

Over the last 2 years I have put on about 20 pounds. I'm not really sure why, other than I can tell you that overall, I haven't been making good food choices. It seems like every day I say that this is the day that I am going to start eating better and exercising more consistently. But it just doesn't seem to happen. It's funny because 2 years ago, I weighed about 140 and I thought that was too much. Now here I am at 160 and I think to myself, boy, if I could only get back to 140 again! I'd really like to be around 130. That would be ideal for me. I am looking forward to getting this program up and running. I am a big Turbo Jam fan! I've been doing Turbo Jam off and on for over a year now and I love it. It's hard to describe it to people that have never experienced it before but it's almost empowering. It makes me feel strong, capable, and pumped up! I just need to do a better job of scheduling it into my day and making sure I get it in. See you on WOWY!!
