Hello! I'm a 40 year old mother of 3 boys. My youngest is 6 years old and since I've had him I haven't been able to lose the 35 pounds I've gained during pregnancy. I love the Turbo Jam fitness videos because so far it has kept me motivated. Chaleen is a very fun and a motivated instructor. I believe that Chaleen's fitness program will help me achive my goal transforming

I originaly started this program since 05-02-07, and I was doing good until I had to move and stopped working out. Now I've returned to lose weight, get my body toned, and learn to eat healthy. To achive this on 12/19/08, I began working out with Chaleen Johnsons Turbo Jam videos. I've been working out for a month now and so far I've lost 10 pounds. For the first time I'm really enjoying an excercise program and which it has kept me motivated. Chaleen makes the program fun by her great and funny since of humor and it looks like Chaleen is enjoying herself as well. I'm still pushing play on my cardio, abs, and turbo sculpt video workouts and I'm sticking to it until I get to my goal. Though, I still was struggling on my bad eating habits, I'm just learning/understanding the concept of how to count my calories instake. I learned how much I need to eat a day, then to find out that I was actually eating thriple of my calorie intakes. I was wondering why I wasn't losing weight since I've been working out for a long time and not lose the weight. Now that I know how mucho I need to eat a day and keep a journal to log in everything I eat daily. This helps me not to go over. If I go a little over, then I will workout to burn the extra calories I ate. Now I'm starting to lose 3 pounds a week with my new eating plan. My estimate to reach my goal will be sometime in September of 2009. I'm so excited! Horray!
