I recently turned 40, and (thanks to the workout programs from Beachbody), I'm in better condition now than I was 15-20 years ago. I started with Slim in 6 back in 2004; then progressed to P90X. I went through a round of Slim in 6 in June/July 2004, and had some good results (dropped 20lbs.) I started into a second round of Slim in 6, but found my focus and motivation waning. About that time, I received an email from Beachbody offering the P90X program. I looked over the program details (and was a bit intimidated at first), but decided to jump in and try my luck.

Ever since then, the X has become my main workout program. I've gone through 3 rotations (with some extended periods off in between).
