I was born and raised in Olathe, Kansas. I am married to my wonderful wife, Tiffany. We live in Kansas and own a hardwood flooring business. We spend a lot of time traveling. I love playing guitar and a good cup of coffee...not necessarily in that order.

Doing well with the P90X! It is working well. I have noticed a big difference in my strength and energy levels. I am beginning to see ab muscles that I never thought I would.
I have written a past transformation story below to testify that the P90 program really works too!!!
"In August of 2005, I made the decision to journey to South Sudan where I volunteered in building an orphanage. At this point, I weighed 258lbs. I was all fat. I had absolutely no muscle mass, and my diet was terrible. Pizza Hut and Taco Bell nearly every meal. I knew what was right for me, but I didn't do it because I was single and a small business owner seemingly without any TIME. I didn't have "time" to learn how to take better care of myself or work out, etc.
When the opportunity came to go to Africa, I made the decision to sell my business and pursue my desires to help the less fortunate of the world. During my time in Sudan, I found out that life was not dull at all. Every day consisted of work and caring for the orphans, and it was fulfilling to be a small part of investing in the lives of orphans who truly didn't have any kind of father or mother figure in their lives to encourage them and tell them that they are valuable.
I was fortunate to have Power 90 Sculpt, Sweat 1-2 and 3-4 with the ab routine in my possession along with my laptop. (My mom sent it with me when I came home for Christmas...thanks Mom!) So during the evenings, when we had some down time, I decided to organize exercising hours with the children, both to have fun and to teach them about staying in good health by getting exercise every day.
So I first started the Power 90 program in Sudan in January of 2006. Literally, for the first couple weeks, I could barely do 10 push up's! I stuck with the program, and had the kiddos exercising a few nights a week too-- this was a lot of fun! The kids loved it! They loved Tony and loved laughing at me! We had to modify some equipment...so we used two 8lb sledgehammer heads between a peice of wood as our dumbbells!
Four months later, I gave credit to Power 90 for helping me acheive my goals of losing weight, gaining strength and flexibility, and giving me the ENERGY to be a blessing to the children...to give to them my time, clarity of mind, to play hours of football/soccer with them, but more importantly, to love them and see them learn to value and respect their bodies.
Logistically, at the end of four months, (I lost track after 90 days) I had shed an amazing 60lbs! And even though I didn't have a body fat percentage moniter with me, it was obvious that much of my fat was replaced with lean muscle....I hadn't seen my abs in years! And I do want to make note that it was also helpful to have a diet in Sudan that didn't consist of Pizza Hut and Taco Bell. For the most part, my diet was rice, beans and veggies, with goat and fish on occasion. Towards the latter part of my time in Sudan, I was also taking protein powder that a friend had given me to try. But my point is that while many people may think I lost 60lbs just being in Africa and not having near as much to eat, and sweating building an orphanage, the truth is that there is absolutely NO WAY I would have lost that fat, and gained the lean muscle, having the strength to even continue to build the orphanage if it had not been for Power 90!
Since April of 2006, I have managed to stay relatively healthy and lean by making good choices in eating habits and staying active.
