Hey , just wanted to give some encouragement. April of 2008 , I was at 241(
the heaviest I've been ) . My 30th B-day was in April , and my goal was to be
in the best shape I have ever been More ...
Hey , just wanted to give some encouragement. April of 2008 , I was at 241(
the heaviest I've been ) . My 30th B-day was in April , and my goal was to be
in the best shape I have ever been on my birthday . Instead , I was in the
worst . The switch flipped in my head , with a lil force though . I started to
eat
better, and work out 5 to 6 days a week. By the end of September I dropped
down to 195 . Then someone I know picked up the P90X program . Im only
into my second week, but already seeing results .Its a killer, but oh so worth
it. Its perfect for getting me through this holiday season( waaay too much
good/bad food around) . I'm at 192 and hope to be around 185- 190 . Just
keep with it my friends . Eyes on the prize !!
