Hello! Well I am in the process of starting over. I had done 3 rounds of P90X and fell off the wagon back in June 2009. I had lost 36 lbs and half of my body fat. Now I have gained it all back and am feeling like crap again. Time to start pushing play and bring it hard again! I am starting out with a round or 2 of Insanity, then will be mixing up my workouts.
