I began my Beachbody journey at the start of 2009. I was able to lose 40 pounds in the first 4 months and have kept it off every since. I have been through Power90, P90X twice, P90X+ twice, Insanity and Rev Abs. I am now mixing them all together along with Tony's 1 on 1 workouts. I'm finding the mixture is keeping my muscles fresh and I love that the new workouts combine both muscle I began my Beachbody journey at the start of 2009. I am now mixing them all together along with Tony's 1 on 1 workouts. I'm finding the mixture is keeping my muscles fresh and I love that the new workouts combine both muscle and abs together into a single workout. To this day I still work out 6 days a week and complete 6-10 workouts over those days. My wife think's I'm nuts, but I have just fallen for this new lifestyle and getting my body to this point.

I debated about trying P90X for over a month, but just before my 39th birthday I took the leap. When I started I was overweight, constantly tired and even had trouble bending over to tie my shoes! I did Power 90 for 3 weeks and dropped almost 10 pounds. I then jumped head first into P90X and loved it from day 1. Along with the new workouts, I changed my eating habits and started taking the BeachBody supplements (Peak Health Formula, whey protein, shakeology and the recovery drink – yes, it is why I sometimes do the workouts). I worked my way through P90X and lost 40 pounds and lowered my body fat from 23% to 17%. I rarely miss a workout because I just like them so much. My wife is now enjoying several of the workouts too. My two boys are often telling me to "bring it" and will coach me as I'm working out. After I graduated from P90X I moved onto P90X+. These workouts are even more intense. P90X+ furthered my results and I was able to maintained my weight loss from P90X as well as lower my body fat from 17% to 10.5%. This just proves that muscle boots your metabolism and helps burn fat. The biggest change I have experienced with the + program was been the fat burn. I really concentrated on my abs and started to see all the hard work paying off!! I am now mixing my routine up. I enjoy the P90X/+ workouts too much to not do them, but for my cardio I have been doing the Insanity workouts and they live up to the name! The latest program, Rev Abs, has just come out and I jumped on it. My wife and I are about to take this program on and see how far we can push ourselves and get the abs we want. These programs are the real deal and they have changed my life. I'm healthier, have more energy, am much more confident and overall just a happier person.
