I am a mommy to a one year old and two & 1/2 year old. I went from being a thin and fit person at 125lbs and a size 4 before I got pregnant with my first child to so far out of shape I don't even recognize myself now at 175lbs and almost a size 14! I had my kids very close together, both times requiring c-sections which left me needing recovery time and then I just never got out of that
