Well I have started over and over and over again trying to lose weight. I finally realized how big diet effects weight loss because no matter how much I worked out, I ate horribly and couldn't lose any weight. So here I am again starting over, but this time I am going to eat healthier and keep track of my calories (which I have never done before). I'll keep ya updated on how I am doing. Also, I am training for the Big D half marathon in April, I ran a half marathon last November and met my goal of under 3 hours, but I would really like to break the 2:45 mark now and I know I can't do that at this weight, so here goes all I've got.
