I'm a 28 year old legal assistant from New York who wants to lose weight and tone up and learn to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I lost over 80 lbs 6 years ago and for the most part have kept it off (I'll fluctuate 5-10 lbs) with eating healthy and exercising daily. My 2 hour commute each way is starting to take a toll on me and my gym time at night so I am hoping that with this Program

To date, I've lost about 80 lbs with healthy eating and exercise. I would like to lose the last 30-40 lbs for good. At night, I find it harder and harder to get to the gym (long commute, shorter gym hours, limited parking available) and can't wait to start the DVDs at home (I haven't received them yet). I've been very inspired by my Coach's profile story and know that with dedication and motivation and willpower, I too can suceed!!
