I completed P90X around Thanksgiving 2010. I did not worry about the diet. Really I just wanted to see if I could hang in there for 90 days. I was amazed. The results were fantastic. My husband and I decided to begin again in January. This time we are using the meal planner and Shakeology.

Playing soccer, running, and being a collegiate cheerleader, I have always considered myself active.

Haven't done my workout in a week because of a hospital scare with my mom.  Going to get back in my P90X routine with Plyometrics.  Week 6...here we go again!
