I have always been a fitness buff, but haven't ever attained the body I have always wanted. My body was never really out of control until a year on birth control (namely the depo shot) followed by the first of 4 pregnancies.
Now, with my fourth & final pregnancy out of the way, I am focused on getting my body back... not just back, but in the shape I have ALWAYS wanted. One of my biggest goals? A

I started out at 208 in March '06. After using Walk Away the Pounds, several routines by Joyce Vedral, & joining Metabolic Weight Loss Center I got down to 150 in Feb '07. 4 months of craziness with More ...
I started out at 208 in March '06. After using Walk Away the Pounds, several routines by Joyce Vedral, & joining Metabolic Weight Loss Center I got down to 150 in Feb '07. 4 months of craziness with military life (DH is active AF) I found myself back up to 177 in June '07 but am now down to 167 & dropping. P90 is on it's way & I plan to start my first rotation of it on July 9th.
