Hi I'm Jenna! I'm a 25 year old registered nurse. I've been working out and eating healthy for about 7 years. After nursing school I took a job on a trauma intensive care unit and I work nights. Immediately it became almost impossible to get into the gym after working a 12 hour shift, much less maintain a healthy diet. I didn't know what I was going to do because it is very important for me to maintain upper body strength to move and rotate my patients.

I voiced my concerns to a coworker and they mentioned P90X. I've never been a fan of cheesy work out videos or gym aerobics classes. But I was desperate, so I gave it a shot. After the first workout I was hooked!! It was the perfect solution. Just pop in the DVD and follow along. After 90 days I was slimmer, trimmer, and felt better than ever before.
