I've tried several different diets/workout plans and have a hard time sticking with it. I did lose weight doing the CURVES diet/workout plan..However it is a low carb diet which I dont feel is More ...

I've tried several different diets/workout plans and have a hard time sticking with it. I did lose weight doing the CURVES diet/workout plan..However it is a low carb diet which I dont feel is healthy to eat like that the rest of your life! I need some motivation!! I tend to stick to things more if I see results!!
