The first thing I need to tell you is that there are no quick fixes. The ONLY way to guarantee a healthy weight and lifestyle is to eat right and exercise regularly.

Transformation story

I have been overweight most of my adult life. I tried one diet after another; only to end up gaining all the weight back plus some.

I have been overweight most of my adult life. I tried one diet after another; only to end up gaining all the weight back plus some.

2 years ago, I started kickboxing. I lost 30 pounds in the first 4 months. I was hooked. After 8 months, I started Jiu Jitsu, and continued to lose weight. I was feeling better about myself, however, I still hadn't reached my goal.

I began to train even harder, and ended up injuring myself. I was unable to continue to train, and I gained back 20 pounds.

I then found Power 90. Power 90 is an excellent program. It's low impact, and I was able to build my strength back up and lose weight again.

I am now doing a hybrid of Power 90 and martial arts, and am feeling much better. I'm reminding myself that everyone has setbacks and nobody is perfect. So! Is it the end of the world? NO!
