I have been on a rollercoaster with my weight for the last three years. I swim, bike, and run for triathlon training, yet I still have a problem getting back to my college weight of 160 lbs. I have been up to as much as 205. I have been comfortable around 185-195, but my wife tells me that for my height, 5'10", I should be around the 160 mark. I am going to put my triathlon training on hold
