4 years ago I was told I had a serious lower back problem. I was told by the Doctor that it would be “best” not to run or do heavy exercise. I had been eating and living on carbohydrates for a while. I've stayed seudo-healthy by practicing martial arts and doing lots of pushups, situps and stationary bike for 10 minutes. It wasn't enough More ...
I had been eating and living on carbohydrates for a while. I've stayed seudo-healthy by practicing martial arts and doing lots of pushups, situps and stationary bike for 10 minutes. It wasn't enough to make the change I needed to see. I didn't quite feel like where I want to be physically in my martial arts as most of my role models are in much better shape then myself. I believe if I do P90X in a way that will work for me, I will get my body the way that I want to help make me accomplished and confident. It will also help me be a better Father and Husband.
