I started Insanity on July 10, 2012. One of the BEST decisions I have ever made! I tried for countless years to get a flat stomach and it never happened- I convinced myself that I just "wasn't built that way." After just 2 months of Insanity, I got the results I was working for, could't be happier!!!

I lost 5 inches off my waist, 3.5 inches off my hips, 2 inches off each thigh, and dropped from 143 lbs to 129!

Also, I'm a runner, and I'm telling you Insanity has improved my running so much. I'm getting ready to do a marathon on Oct. 27 thanks to all the strength and endurance that Insanity has given me.
