Hoooah!!! I am a 34 year old motivated full time United States Army Staff Sergeant who feels 21! I have 2 children and currently residing in Junction City, Kansas. I am a Military Police Platoon Sergeant, and have been conducting the Nations business for 16 years now. I have deployed to Bosnia once and Iraq twice.

I have been in the Military since 1995, and I have always been pumped with working out. As everyone knows, you get older and you tend to get slower in your runs and your stamina begins to decrease. So when I first came to my first new company here at Fort Riley, KS. I noticed that the Soldiers that were failing their PT test were being put on a P90X remedial workout plan. I was amazed by how it helped them get back into the normal population of Soldiers that were fit. I then began to wonder, even though I thought of myself as a pretty fit guy, I wanted to do this on my personal time. So when I was introduced to Beachbody, I quickly became a Coach so I could get fit and help End The Trend. I have already completed P90X, and currently working on the Insanity program. My run time, speed and agility has greatly improved!! I have more energy and I can pretty much keep up and or pass up these 21 year old's out here!..That's right, 34 is the new 20...Bring It!!
