I'm an attorney and single mother. I love to play soccer, both indoor and out. I decided to start using Beach Body products when I wanted to increase my endurance and speed for an upcoming outdoor soccer season. But not only did I increase my endurance and speed, I felt better about myself all around. I had more energy to tackle each day as well as keep up with my 10 year old daughter.

I recently became a coach so that I could reach out to others who had made the decision to change their lives using Beach Body products, as well.

I'm an avid soccer player, playing in two outdoor leagues in spring and fall and 2-3 indoor leagues throughout the winter. However, I feel like that isn't enough. I would like to start this spring season being a faster player with more endurance, which is why I chose Insanity.
