I am a fit& fun girl who loves living a healthy happy lifestlye. As a former semi-pro soccer player (Cleveland Eclipse) as well as a college athlete, basketball and soccer, I have to have fitness and healthy lifestlye incorperated into my everyday life.

As a former semi-pro athlete, and dual college athlete playing both basketball and soccer, it was a challenge to stay at that level of fitness when I retired.

As a former semi-pro athlete, and dual college athlete playing both basketball and soccer, it was a challenge to stay at that level of fitness when I retired.

I continued to run and life weights, however, I personally needed a little something more. I began playing tennis just 2 years ago, and became instantly addicted.

I train aprox. 2 hours a session 3-5 times a week, along with 1-2 matches a week.

I am in the stage where I am maintaining. When the Fall season is complete, I will incorporate running 2 times a week as well as lifting weights 3 times a week. This training phase will last 2.5 months before the Spring tennis season begins.
