My name is Jiuliana and I am an Independent Team Beachbody Coach on a mission to help you reach your fitness goals by becoming healthy and fit.
Little bit about me. I’ve been a fitness and sports enthusiast for my whole life — weather it was trying to bent myself into poses according to my grandmother’s Yoga books at the age of 5 or my recent year-long practice of Krav Maga (Israeli self defense art). My other activities have included ballet, Pilates, Yoga, running, skiing, skating, gym, and spinning.
I’ve had my ups and downs in weight management due to a extremely poor eating habits and baby weight I gained while pregnant with my child. Luckily, in the beginning of 2010, I found Team Beachbody. Because of TBB and the amazing BB programs I’ve turned my lifestyle upside down. My body is the best it’s ever been! You can read more about this in my “Transformation Story” sections.

Growing up, I was always the skinny girl who didn't gain a pound no matter what she ate. Well, after my early 20's, my metabolism changed (surprise) and all the excess calories started to gather up More ...
Growing up, I was always the skinny girl who didn't gain a pound no matter what she ate. Well, after my early 20's, my metabolism changed (surprise) and all the excess calories started to gather up around the hip and thigh areas of my body. After moving to the U.S. in late 2005, I easily adopted the American “junk food” eating habits. A lot of fast food and huge restaurant portions with appetizers and desserts. And guess what, this made matters worse. During these years, I was pretty active. However, my eating habits and my lack of knowledge about the right fitness techniques prevented me from seeing any results to my regular workouts at the gym.
Then my husband brought home P90X program. We started to work out together and I retally got into the nutrition guide that accompanied the program. I felt my body changed by getting stronger and healthier. The love handles and little belly bulge that I had learned to live with started to melt and lean muscle surfaced. The results that I was getting thanks to Tony Horton (P90X guru instructor) encouraged me to push play every day.
Now, I'm 15 lbs lighter and many inches slimmer. It feels good to be me again thanks to Beachbody and P90X . . oh, and of course Tony Horton!!!
