I'm an RN working part-time night in the Special Care Nursery (premature and
sick babies). This makes the BB meal plan tricky to follow, but I've worked
out my own system for that.

I have my own photography business that I run from my home. The major
part of my work is copy and restoration of old photographs. I also teach

In August, 2004 I accidently saw part of an infomercial about Slim in 6.
(Accidently because I don't watch infomercials, just didn't get the channel
changed fast enough). I had been thinking that I needed to lose some weight
before my brother's wedding in September, but hadn't done anything about
it. Debbie was very convincing on the infomercial, so I ordered SI6, and at
the age of 51 started working out for the first time in my life.

I finished four weeks of SI6 before the wedding and was feeling pretty good
about myself. I hadn't lost any weight but had taken off several inches. By the
time I finished SI6 I was back in my size 8 jeans, although hadn't lost all the
weight I wanted.

I changed to Great Body Guaranteed, partly because of time constraints and
partly because I felt I had met my goal and just needed to maintain. After
about six weeks of GBG, I had surpassed my goal. I was down 8 pounds and
into size 4 jeans!

Before Christmas 2004 I tried P90 for variety. Unfortunately, I seemed to be
bulking up instead of slimming down (or maintaining), so I didn't complete
the full 90 days. I still use Sweat/Cardio 3-4 occasionally when I feel I need a
little extra cardio.

At the end of six months I had surpassed my goal by 2 sizes, down to a size
4 with the occasional size 6 thrown in. At my 1-year anniversary I'm
maintaining that progress.

For my workouts now I usually do the first 20 minutes of RIU, BIU, or KIU
every other day. The alternate days I do 2 or 3 of the Great Body Guaranteed
workouts. S&L every day.
