I'm 41 years old, have 2 children (3 yrs and 10 months) and have been a personal trainer for the past 2 1/2 years. While I keep myself at a pretty good fitness level and weight I haven't taken the time to get into superior shape and am hoping this will be my inspiration to take it to the next level.

Healthy eating has been critical in successfully losing all of my "baby" weight. Training for the PF Changs 1/2 marathon helped me lose those last few lbs a little quicker. Since the race in Jan I More ...
Healthy eating has been critical in successfully losing all of my "baby" weight. Training for the PF Changs 1/2 marathon helped me lose those last few lbs a little quicker. Since the race in Jan I typically do cardio 2 times a week and weight training 1 to 2 times per week. My goal is to get my body fat to 18%.
