BLOOMFIELD, NJ My name is Joe Lopresto. I'm 36, married to RoeLo, no kids but I have two boxers, Valentyne and Deacyn. I enjoy playing inline hockey about 2-3 times a week and was recently promoted to VP of Helpdesk Operations and Software Engineering in Newark, NJ.
Regarding my fitness history, I'm the epitome of a hardcore fitness freak gone astray. I used to be in great shape, 6-pack and all. My name is Joe Lopresto. Regarding my fitness history, I'm the epitome of a hardcore fitness freak gone astray. I used to be in great shape, 6-pack and all. I've never lost that itch to get back into the gym but life got in the way and I can't seem to find a workout partner who doesn't fizzle and bail out after the first month. I guess most people join a gym just to say they go to a gym and the workout is secondary. I like to leave the gym knowing I accomplished something, otherwise I feel guilty. There were times I even turned around and went back for another workout... * Now that I've become a coach, I guess I'm supposed to say something fancy that's going to convince you to dive into the Team Beachbody pool, but I'm not. Why? Because I feel you shouldn't have to be sold on better health and fitness. It's a commitment you have to make to yourself, for yourself, otherwise your heart won’t be in it.
As you can see from my progress pictures, I have achieved excellent results using Beachbody products. That said, the real key to my results and the missing link to your fitness success lies in the Beachbody Community. Once I became engaged in the message boards and was scheduling workouts in WOWY, I quickly realized this was the place that would help me make a lifetime commitment to my health. My coach is awesome and people I never met are here everyday pushing play and encouraging me to reach my goals. I now have an unbelievable support network of friends that I never found at the big gyms. Because of this, I decided to become a coach to help others take full advantage of this incredible place that is Team Beachbody.
