I will be 55 years old (2009.) Married for 21 wonderful years and hope to be married another +++ years. Work full time outside the house for a investment firm in Fort Worth, TX, been there 17+ years. Children, of my own I have a 34 year old daughter and she has a 16 year old daughter, step

January 2nd - Happy New Year to you all and hope you all had a great Christmas. Down a tad on the stomach, my surprise when I went to try clothes on a few days after Christmas and I needed the next More ...
January 2nd - Happy New Year to you all and hope you all had a great Christmas. Down a tad on the stomach, my surprise when I went to try clothes on a few days after Christmas and I needed the next smaller size in pants and also a smaller size that I had been buying in tops acutally some of the tops went down 2 sizes. That was too cool to see happening. Will continue the workouts and back on track on eating better, of course we all got off track with the holidays.

October 26 - Things are good and better, still need to keeo the life style change happening. Had some knee issues but DOC said all is good, so that was a good word for me. The biggest problem is #1 MYSELF and I am the only one that can correct it!! Eating correctly, that is the hardest thing to do, after you get off work, running late getting home, easy to pick up fast food, pizza, you name it is all there. Sounds good, but is it? NO! So the family is all pitching in and helping one another. Granddaughter is getting supper started or cooking (healthy and light) and hubby is going to be the power behind myself and daughter to keep us moving. Lazy is another factor, easy to say I will do it tomorrow. From last month a few lost aroung but add a couple of #s back. Things will keep improving. I know it all shifts differently on each other. Time will tell, and I have the time and will get there and will get there. We have a plan and a GOAL before Thanksgiving.
September 14 - Had a few ups and downs, seems like that is what I have been saying for the past several months. Lost an inch but gained a few. But let's hope this is the month that I can really take control and not have any excuses what so ever about being tired, diet (that is the biggest problem here), no illness problems. I know I can do it, have done it in the past, just a little older here, but it can be done. I have great motivator's behind me, so let's see what comes of this month. Stay tuned cause I am not giving up!!!!!
August 10 - Have not changed any at all this month basically yoyo'd up and down. So basically the same as I was on July 13. Getting back in the swing of things and getting on track again. WILL show some progress come next month. Still motivated and have the will power to get and keep the weight off. Going on another cruise next week and hope not to gain much. See you all next month.
Jul 13 - down a few more lbs but I am going to push hard for the next 4 weeks because we are having a BB house party in Aug two days before we go on a short cruise (yes again) and I want to show an example of what BB can do and be a good transformation story.
Jun 8 - going on another cruise in 2 months with my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter and I start a new series today of diet and exercise we both have a goal to reach before the trip. We are going to lose at
least 10lbs but expect more.
May 5 - Just came back from vacation (a weeks cruise.) Was fabulous, gained a few, intended on exercising but that did not happen this cruise, other than your usual walking to and from and around the ship and of course the dancing. But getting back on track of the routine and hitting it extra hard on the DIET and EXERCISING. Hope to add a better transformation story in the up coming weeks.
Apr 6 - No real progress this month but no weight gain either. I am going to hit it hard this week as we are going on a cruise next week and although I intend on working out on the cruise there will be a lot of great food and a
greater than usual degree of partying. Lets hope I come back from a week at sea at least even with where I left.
March 2 - Lost 3 lbs., progress slow but steady and on the right track now. Going to try and hit it a little better and loosing more lbs. When I loose more lbs I will post a new picture. Coming soon! Keep pushing Play!
Feb 8-I am happy to say that I have had some progress; lost 10lbs and inches. I know it could have been more but I have had a few stops and starts over the past few months, but I am proud of the fact that I did not give up and did make some progress. I really to enjoy my workouts (I love Slim’in 6 and Shaun T makes his workout fun) so I am rededicating myself to workout and stick to the meal plan so that I will have more progress news with next months update.
