Transformation story

I started working out off and on in high school but didn't get serious about it until I joined the USMC in 2004. I was a scrawny 135 pound 20 year old and didn't like it. I started reading, talking More ...
I started working out off and on in high school but didn't get serious about it until I joined the USMC in 2004. I was a scrawny 135 pound 20 year old and didn't like it. I started reading, talking to trainers and working out regularly. By the end of 2005 I was 155 lbs and progressing at a pleasing rate. This continued until my son was born in 2006. When he came into my life, he became my life and I stopped working out. I started again at the beginning of 2008 I was sitting at 165 lbs and back to pushing for my goal of 185. I hit 185 in 2010 and changed my goal to get to a tone 215. I am currently sitting at 195 and still pressing. I plan to use p90x and p90x2 as my cardio and as my second workout each day.
