Single mother of 2. I love to play softball and plan to use these next 3 months getting in the best shape I can. I've lost 26 pounds since November 5th. I have been following the fit2fat2fit eating plan and I LOVE it! I'd like to lose another 24 pounds in 3 months. That will be 50 pounds by summer, in time for softball. But I would have another 50 pounds to lose after that. So,
