Hey Everybody!! I am a 24 year old Health and P.E. teacher in Northern Virginia. I graduated from a four year college with a degree in Health and Physical Education. I played baseball all four years in college and it was definitely a great experience that prepared me very well for my future.

I am entering my second year as a 5th and 6th grade Health and P.E. teacher and I am blessed to say that it is a very exciting and rewarding career. In my spare time I love to work out and play multiple sports. I have also been a baseball instructor/coach for the past four years. I have recently made the decision to commit to a much cleaner, healthier diet in order to stay healthy and allow myself to see better results in the gym.
