I'm 43, 5'7", married with 7 & 8 year old girls. I work full time at a stressful Sales job, sit in front of this computer 9 hours per day and sit on my butt in traffic 2 hours per day! I was within 10 lbs of my ideal weight until 30 years old. I worked out on a regular basis for 15 years.
SO HOW DID I LET MYSELF GAIN 95 LBS? I was 100% sure that I wouldn’t be one of those wives that gained

October 1, 2007---I decided to become a coach and create a team of people who will work together as we reach our fitness goals! I am more motivated when I am accountable to others. It's too easy to get busy and put myself last. As a coach I will be motivated to set a good example for my beachbody friends. I have been involved with Beachbody for 3 years now. I never realized how much would be involved in losing weight. It's not just exercising or just eating right, it's both! I'm finally ready to do both and would love for you to join my team!!

When I joined Beachbody 3 years ago I thought I'd be at my goal by now. I got discouraged with my slow results and threw myself into work in and didn't make time to exercise, but I did think about it EVERYDAY! Once Beachbody gets under your skin there is no turning back to being oblivious of your actions, or non actions! Thanks to some great people in the message threads I never stopped thinking "this is the week I'll start again". I never gave up on myself and I never will. I have to make WOWY exercise dates because it gets me up at 4am before work to burn some calories. The feeling I get when I complete a morning workout is better than hitting snooze for an hour!! I seem to work out better when I have others who are counting on me for support too! THIS FAT IS GOING TO MELT AWAY! *****SUCCESS IS THE ONLY OPTION*****

November 06-I have totally slacked in 2006. My goal for 2007 is to combine the better eating with the exercise so I can get to 199 lbs this year! That's less than 4 lbs per month. Seems easier than it's been!

2005-The message boards have become the best part of this program. Hearing about other people working out while I'm sitting at work just drives me nuts. It motivates me to get up at 4am and do the workout before heading to the office. It feels so much better when I can say "I already pushed play today". I'm doing this program until I can post a bikini picture I'm proud of!!

I've noticed that some people are really upset when they only lose 1 or 2 lbs per week. Small successes each week will get me to my goal weight within 1 year. I've been 50+ lbs overweight for 8 years...If I can wear a bikini again one year from now I'll be thrilled with just losing 1 or 2 lbs per week!!

10/20/04-It sure feels good to do something for myself! Although some weeks are better than others, I'm eating healthier and I've never worked out less than 4 times in 1 week! I try to do 30 minutes of Cardio at least 4 mornings per week and a p.m. workout at least 3x per week. That feels like a good week for me!!

I'm in this for the long haul until another 85-90 lbs comes off. Goal weight is 150-160 depending upon how I look after all this exercising.

October 04-WHOOO HOOOOO!!! I took my measurements on day 38 and I've lost 3" from my waist!! AMAZING. Those RIU exercises really do work!! I didn't do any of BIU my first round.

On August 30-04 I did my first SIU workout and had to march in place quite a bit so the HR wouldn't get too high.

I have a lot more stamina these days. I'm still doing RIU and SIU (when time is an issue). I do the modified moves when needed during the arm and butt exercises-TALK ABOUT BURN!! I've been bad about the stretching since I'm always in a rush!

I look forward to the workouts and feel really guilty if I skip a day. That's Progress!
