My transformation story: when I was in my mid twenty's I had my first two children and I was able to go back to my smaller size 7/8 but when I had my third child it was hurt for me to drop the weight even thou I was always working out 2 to 3 times a week. I try the dieting thing and but I could never give up all my good food (mainly sweets and bread). Now that I older, I use to just wanted to lose the weight for I can be seen as a sexy mother of 4 which my oldest child is 19 year old. Now I realize it is not about that it's more about being here for my children as long as god let me stay on this earth and being healthly plays a major part in that, with the help of some positive women being in my inner circle (my coach for one Chawn Harrison)and let's me see it is not about being sexy but being health and watching the labels on your food and it is already to have some bad foods but not all the time and stay focus on what you want to achieve with your weight loss and it is ok to have someone to lend on when you don't have the strenght to say no and find something that motive you to stay on track. My motivation is my children and I love how I look and feel and that is all that matter don't worry about what others think of you just as long as you are happy with your progress. With the energy that I have I have gotten couple women to join certain classes with me and that also motive me a lot whether they continue or not I still keep going.
