I am a certified AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer and a Group Exercise Instructor. I graduated in with a BS in Education and a major in Exercise Physiology from The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!).

I have transormed my body by teaching Turbo Kick classes @ least 3 days a week. The definition in my abdominals has greatly increased as well as my stamina. I lost all my baby belly from teaching turbo kick and always recommend the workout to others. I plan on doing the 10 day quick start diet with my house party girls. I will then continue using the different beachbody products to see how I can further sculpt my body and lose body fat. I am excited!
